Bad Brains' fifth album Rise reissued on vinyl for the first time. Originally released by Epic Records in 1993, Rise was Bad Brains' major label debut, and the follow-up to the band's 1989 landmark album Quickness. The Control Group is a Brooklyn-based record label owned and operated by Nabil Ayers. Since its inception in 2002, TCG has released music by Cate Le Bon, Lykke Li, and El Perro del Mar, as well as vinyl-only releases by The Killers, PJ Harvey, Spinal Tap, Giorgio Moroder and Kings of Leon.
