7. Affiliate Program
Our website hosts an affiliate program. Our affiliate partners are being reimbursed for each link that sends the user to our website to make a purchase (i.e. enter into a contract with us). For accounting reasons we are using a specific cookie if you are accessing our website through an affiliated site. Our affiliate software collects and stores the customer data that you enter or access through your customer account in the process of purchasing. Apart from your name, your user name and your customer ID we will also store your IP address, the time of your visit and the items you ordered. This personal data cannot be accessed by our affiliate partners. They merely receive anonymized sales statistics.
8. Integration of external software
a. Web anaylsis tool – „piwik“
We use the web analysis tool “piwik” (consciously avoiding Google Analytics) that helps us to analyse your interaction with our website. Piwik utilizes cookies that store various information (i.e., IP address, time of visit, frequency of visits etc.). piwik stores an anonymized version of the IP address so it cannot be tracked to your person/computer/internet connection. The data collected by piwik is stored on the service provider’s servers. The basics of data transfer outlined in 3. apply here.

b. Mailing list – „Mailchimp“
We are sending our newsletter via software provided by Mailchimp. Mailchimp is owned by The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 512 Means Street, Ste 404 Atlanta, GA 30318.
By subscribing to our newsletter you grant Mailchimp the permission to collect and utilize data in the way outlined above.
