The story of Ultrasonic Grand Prix is that of two old 60s guitars and their owners. Multi-instrumentalist and producer Shawn Lee, who among other things created the soundtrack for the classic rock star video game "Bully", is one half of Ultrasonic Grand Prix. The other is guitar maestro Barrie Cadogan of Nottingham freakbeaters Little Barrie, known for the theme tune to 'Better Call Saul', The The, Liam Gallagher and contributor to the soundtrack to Baz Luhrmann's 'Elvis'. With their shared passion for the old, psychedelic "golden weapons", the smooth, velvety and quirky coolness of INSTAFUZZ was born.
