The fact that FEEL THIS GOOD has nevertheless become an extremely positive record is once again due to the basic attitude of the two HIGH SOUTH masterminds JAMEY GARNER & KEVIN CAMPOS, who don't let anything or anyone get them down and distract them from their path - to spread the idea of PEACE, LOVE & HARMONY throughout the world with their music! Concerts gone, income gone, producer gone, band member gone - the two band founders are left in the midst of the shards of their musical dream. When Kevin finally leaves Nashville, the supposed musical epicenter of the Country & Americana world, to settle down in Austria for love's sake, the future of the band seems more than uncertain for a short time. Reorientation on all levels is the order of the day, which finally leads Jamey to swap the cold weather of Tennessee for the sun of Florida. In the relaxed environment of the surfing hotspot New Smyrna Beach, Fl, Jamey can regain his strength. The surfer's paradise appropriately found expression in the album artwork through the beautiful images of resident photo artist Dan Mongosa.After the PEACE, LOVE & HARMONY TOUR in 2022 at the latest, when the two musicians were met every evening by an unbelievable wave of enthusiasm and joy from their loyal fan base, any doubts about a continuation of the project were dispelled and the plan to record a new album was set in motion.
