The Faroese folk singer/songwriter EIVOR is releasing her second studio album in a year with "Slor". Slor is a collection of newly composed songs that EIVOR has sung in her mother tongue - Faroese. The album is the follow-up to the English-language album "Bridges". And even though they are two different albums in different languages, there is a connection between the two records. Where "Bridges" was light and above all wistful, "Slor" sounds more raw and reflective. Bridges was inspired by friendship, love and homesickness. It explores the bridges between us, relationships between people, places and even things that touch us. Slor", on the other hand, indulges in wanderlust, deals with separation and the search for peace.
