Those purveyors of the fine art of popular song, CATS ON FIRE, return with their third full-length album "All Blackshirts To Me", the follow up to 2009's "Our Temperance Movement". Amongst the acutely political lyrical observations from Mattias Björkas, "All Blackshirts To Me" reveals a more adventurous approach. Ville Hopponen brings quirk and soul with his multi-instrumentalist wizardry and Mattias even dares to let a few synthesized sounds into the mix, lightening up their previously rather rigorous acoustic dogmas. Oh yeah, did we mention THAT voice? Mattias' vocal chords will be found present and correct here. Ably backed by Kenneth Höglund (bass) and new members Iiris Viljanen (piano, backing vocals)and Yrjö Ylijoki (drums). "All Blackshirts To Me" is by far the richest sounding CATS ON FIRE album yet.
