For the first time ever, Decoder is reissued through Artoffact Records as an incredible double-LP Vinyl. Noise Unit's Strategy of Violence and Decoder were both released only as CDs in the early 90s. Decoder ventures further into techno territory and explores dystopian soundscapes with minimal, processed vocals.
