01.    Bob Dylan     Highway 61
It's not my favorite Dylan album, but it was my first. I think Highway 61 is a great gate way in to the music of Bob Dylan.  And it's kinda Happy.

02.    The Beatles    Sgt. Pepper's  Lonely Hearts Club Band
If not only for the amazing and iconic album cover, you should get this album for being such a trip! Also, it was the first Beatles album I ever saw on vinyl, it belonged to my uncle.

03.    Beck    Sea Change
I got to know Beck when I was about 14 and never stopped loving everything and anything this man creates. A true one-of-a-kind-musician. This is one of his saddest albums. Dim the lights, light a candle, put it on and get ready to sink deep. (P.S - Please don't kill yourself)

04.    PJ Harvey    To Bring You My Love
Sometimes it seems like Rocknroll is a game for boys...  This of course a huge mistake! As the talanted and oh-so-Rocknroll PJ Harvey proves time and time again.  First I saw PJ was on my MTV screen as a teenage kid in the 90s, I was in-love instantly. This is one of my favorite PJ albums. Oh yeah, and I got to meet her face to face once and she is even more amazing in real life.

05.    Arctic Monkeys    Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not.
First of all, great title! Secondly growing up in the 90s on Rocknroll there was this brief time (starting from when Kurt Cobain died) that seemed as if shitty Pop has taken over and that Rocknroll is dead. Then out of nowhere came these kids with this crazy album and energy. Using the then pretty new internet music medium, A.M forced the music industry to give Rocknroll a second chance. Also Alex Turner is one of my favorite songwriters and performers.
